40 gallons of blood!

As I was checking out the headlines on Yahoo's homepage, I came across this link. The next time this guy donates blood, it will be 40 gallons. That equates to be 320 trips to the blood bank! That is amazing. I'm not striving to be this guy, but I have to say that his feats are quite remarkable. That is dedication and service. Melissa's response to hearing this news was, "You sure do hope that if that guy needs blood that it is there for him when he needs it." So true. Another reason to get out there and make sure that the blood banks are well stocked.
