9 miles?

How do people do this. My run today was so tough. I ran 8 1/2 miles today and just couldn't get the courage to make the last turn to go down the last road to get the full 9 miles. That is the farthest that I have ever ran on my own. Next weeks 10 mile weekend is going to be even tougher. Here's to hoping for good weather.

101 Goals in 1001 Days

The thought of doing this again excites me. After completing (almost) my first list of goals I am happy to be doing it again. 2014 seems like a long time from now, and I am excited to see how much I will grow in the 1001 days that it takes to complete this list.
This blog originally was my way of journaling my thought on my quest to complete my first marathon. Now it is my way of keeping track of my goals and maintaining accountability for my progress throughout the 1001 days.
